For integrating heart rate monitoring into your training, this watch enables you to track your avareage heart rate and pre-set target heart rate zones with data for time spent within that zone and alarms. It can also display data for calories burned and offers a recovery timer that measures your heart rate after a timed recovery during or after your workout. Sport timing features include:

The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. The strap constitutes one whole unit with the device. This creates a cool look and adds robustness. On the downside, no more changing the strap, but this need is highly unlikely. Also the small additional strap (around the main one - it has some special name, but I don't know it) is conveniently fixed at the free end of the main strap and thus never moves during a workout.However, be aware that the watch is rather small (though not thin). It looks larger on the image. This is quite fine for ladies or for somewhat skinny guys like me, but might look too small for a "real man". From the functional side it is worth to mention the presence of both '+' and '-' buttons in any setup or review mode.
